It is my intent to satisfy all of my clients. In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase I will accept returns of unworn jewelry for 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked. The jewelry must return in the same condition that it was sent.
I guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all my jewelry. Should you have a problem with any jewelry purchased from me I request that you contact me via email at email@example.com. Should the problem be from normal 'wear and tear' or damage I will provide an estimate for repair should you want me to do so. However, if the problem is faulty in some way, I will advise you to package your jewelry with great care and send it to me for repairs or replacement if need be.
